Soraia let a lady called Janaina cut my hair.We agreed to not cut much, since first thing I said was that I was letting my hair grow longer. Janaina trimmed my hair shorter than agreed. When I said that wasn’t what I asked Janaina had a fake reaction saying she was shaking with my comment. No sorry. They offered as a repair a discount for my next appointment.it is not fair since I was charged for a long hair keratine treatment, which was done after cutting.Very unprofessional.

A super friendly Brazilian place. My appointment ran slightly behind but I wasn’t in a hurry. Decent cut for a reasonable price
The end result was really neat and professionally done. The salon was vibrant and had a good energy.
That being said, in comparison to other salons that charge £40 for a gel pedicure, it didn’t quite match up. I was surprised that there was no proper basin or seating area that most salons have for pedicures - soaking feet in a plastic bowl and being sat in the middle of a busy hair washing section of the salon was not relaxing. I would have expected to pay £5-£10 less for this kind of set up.
