Estelle listened to what I want, advised me what would and wouldn't suit but didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. Had so many compliments about my new style ever since.
Booked a haircut, it was great value for money, staff were friendly and I was very pleased with the cut, exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely return!
It was O.K. could be much better though , ive had the same treatment done to my hair in several other salons. i felt that this stylist had skipped big parts of the treatment .. hence the whole thing was much quicker than the expected time. they charged me £15 more after getting to the salon, saying that my hair length was small, eventhough i had ticked it was medium length on the wahanda booking. Poor experience overall from this salon.
I booked last minute, on the same day as my haircut. I have curly hair and had grown it out so needed total reshaping. Jade totally understood my type of curly way hair and cut appropriately. She quickly understood what I wanted and got on with it in a friendly calm manner. The head massage and shampoo was one of the best I've had too with lovely lavender and mint products. I wasn't pressured to buy products either which I appreciated. Will definitely be back. Have had so many comments on what a great cut I've had!
I haven't trusted a hairdresser for a while so I arrived a bit nervous but was quickly put at ease. My wishes were listened to and the experience was great, I love my hair! I don't think the conditioning experience is worth the money, I expected a bit more than just conditioner massaged in, so make your own mind up on that but it is offered as an additional cost.
