Absolutely delighted with my treatment. I had been looking for a gua sha/ cupping treatment for a while so was excited to have found this one. Karen explained everything clearly and actively listened to what I told her of my medical history. I was very comfortable and at ease at all points of the treatment as Karen talked me through each bit. The range of motion I have got since this fascia release is amazing and I expect to be back soon for another session.
