I had a really great experience and I love my new haircut.

There was no wait upon arrival.
The stylist looked at the photo of what I wanted, asked some questions and gave advice then got straight to work!
The wash cut and blow dry took less than an hour and polite conversation was had. All in all, a pretty solid result!

I have curly, mixed afro hair. There was no option to select for afro hairdressing and no option to select a particular stylist. And so i assumed all stylists would able to deal with my hair texture. However when i turned up the stylist that was meant to be doing my hair informed me that she does not work with my hair texture. Quite disappointing, although they managed to reschedule my appointment to a few hours later, with a stylist that would style my hair. In the end i had a lovely cut & blowdry... Just would be good if you select afro hairdressing.

Overall I came away with a good haircut and it was done efficiently and within half an hour.
