This was my first time getting a balayage, so I choose a place closer to town, rather then were I leave, thinking it’s going to be better quality for money.
While the salon and the staff were lovely, the end result was disappointing. Even if I showed pictures of a subtle balayage, and expressed interest in having highlights just a few tones lighter then my own hair, what I got was more of way too blonde ombré where entire chunks of hair were bleached.
While the end result does look horrible (and it’s my own fault for not mentioning it once it was done, otherwise they might’ve fixed it... if they could) it was not what I wanted, and I just don’t think the staff here is trained to use the proper technique.
Not to mention that my hair is completely damaged now due to the bleaching, which I guess was to be expected, but I think it could’ve been prevented.

I was very happy with my balayage from Anett my hair lifted more than I thought it would and feels much healthier and in a better condition I will definitely be returning to go lighter!!
