I came in and they could not find my appointment. Then my hair was cut by a girl named Zoe. She seemed confused and did not know how to create a beach wave in my hair and said my hair was too thick. She just couldn’t be bothered. I had to talk her through what to do. The cut was good but not happy with the finish, she sprayed hair spray in my eyes also.
