It was ok. There was a slightly odd, very quiet atmosphere which made me feel slightly uncomfortable and scared to speak. The hairdresser asked how I wanted it cut as expected but didn't ask me how I wanted it finished, i.e. straightened and not just blow dryed. I wanted waves put in my hair but daren't ask! Won't be in any rush to go back and us quite expensive if you don't have a code or go during peak times.

Really happy with the quality and the fact my thick hair was dried within the hour! Dani was really friendly and recommended some bars for us to go out in the evening. Would definitely go there again
