It was ok. There was a slightly odd, very quiet atmosphere which made me feel slightly uncomfortable and scared to speak. The hairdresser asked how I wanted it cut as expected but didn't ask me how I wanted it finished, i.e. straightened and not just blow dryed. I wanted waves put in my hair but daren't ask! Won't be in any rush to go back and us quite expensive if you don't have a code or go during peak times.
