Was a little overwhelmed when i entered as there were lots of staff behind the till but not one greeted me. My hair dresser was really down to earth, took her time and made me feel comfortable. I think the only downfall is that the obviously newer staff members haven't developed the professional manner just yet.

Stylist understood what I wanted and cut my hair to correct length, added a bit too many short layers but nothing too noticeable. Would recommend.
