Hairdressers weren't very chatty and didn't fully understand the style I wanted. They didn't put any layers in my hair even though I asked so I now struggle to get volume in my hair. The products they use are nice.

the staff were friendly and polite, and I was put at ease, I went in wanting something different and came out with exactly the same haircut I always have, a lot of money for a standard cut and a lack of expertise from staff.
