Please note: this review relates only to my latest experience, as before that I had outstanding experience with two staff members, who are truly five-star stylists. But this was before I met a different stylist.
It all looked fine until I got home and looked in the mirror, and even my husband said there was something wrong with my hair. I mean, even a man noticed. I asked to cut the dry ends and leave one length, but instead of it, I had multiple layers of random length, and in the front my hair looked like if a piece of hair has been torn off. Horrendous. This prompted me to go straight back to the salon, where another stylist did everything she possibly could to rectify my hair, without cutting further three inches to actually make it one length, as this is how much shorter a substantial bit of my hair in the front is.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review, but when I looked at my hair this morning, I couldn't resists, and I think the salon proprietor needs to be aware of the incompetency of individual stylists.
