Went to have this done yesterday and didn't receive the warm welcoming I'd read about. Was taken to a tiny room and it was explained to me that the whole treatment was to be done by myself, which was fine. When I asked about whether the whitening could cause white spots on teeth to brighten my question appeared to be alien and I was told that had never happened or was something they had never come across. They use a colour chart of false teeth to grade the whitening, I think they choose yellower teeth to begin with to compare to your before teeth to be honest but the lighting in the room wasn't great so it was very hard to tell. Afterwards, they very quickly show you your teeth and compare whitening to before, but I noticed instantly that the whiteish marks on my teeth were luminous so they clearly didn't know what they were on about. They hurried me out and I don't think I got so much as a thank you to be honest, as soon as the lady got back to her desk I was invisible and might as well have not been there. Really unfriendly experience and they didn't seem to know much about the treatment they were offering. Even whitening strips detail about how white marks go whiter after use, it's basic but they couldn't tell me that. A waste of money in my opinion, very disappointed and felt more of an inconvenience to them than anything.
As I walked in, the receptionist offered to take my coat and asked me to sit down in the waiting area. While waiting, she asked if i would like tea, coffee.
I asked for water!
My appointment was booked for 10:45 and I was seen at 11:00 which was disappointing. When I sat down to have my haircut, the stylist has given me a consultation of how I want my hair to be done. And, then had my hair washed. Then sat back to the original seat.
Overall, I'm happy with my haircut but could have been better by spending more time with it. At the end, I felt she was rushing.
