The woman who cut my hair was lovely, unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names so I can't say who it was! It was an overall pleasant experience, the haircut was lovely and I would definitely book again!
The place was really nice and clean. I liked the fact that I booked just a day in advance with no problem and I was sent a text on the day to confirm my appointment.
I really liked the service, I was just disappointed that my hair isn't really looking great after the haircut. I've had my hair cut in the same style for a few months now and it tends to look good even when I don't blow-dry. However, this time the ends just go to different directions and I'm opting for a pony tail when I don't want to blow-dry my hair. I'm not 100% sure this is due to the haircut, but it's the first time it happens to me.
Booked through Wahanda, for luxury haircut with the director, somehow I had a principal stylist. I rang the salon the day before to confirm my appointment, the staff who answered my phone didn't clarify it would be with one of the principal stylists , not the directors ,disappointed . I still went to the salon the next day, as I urgently need a hair cut. The blow dry is great, cut is average.
