Very accomodating as I wanted extra treatments at the last minute. Staff were very friendly. Location is perfect as its very close to birmingham new street. Love my new hair cut... Felt the stylist really listened to me... I'm on day 2 of the Brazilian blow dry and it looks great... Need to see how it feels once I wash it out, but after my very positive experience at the salon, I'm feelin hopefull

I booked an appointment with the director on behalf of my mother. It was my first time going to this salon and I would definately return. The staff were polite, helpful and very attentive. My Mom went for a bob cut and I was blown away with the result. It was cut and styled to perfection and we were both pleased with the overall experience.

I booked my 11.30am cut via Wahanda at 10.30am on the same day - having never used this site or the salon before I was slightly nervous about it being a scam or the cut not being very good.
However, the salon had received my discounted booking and I had a fantastic haircut (and I am quite fussy about cuts!). Would definitely recommend both Wahanda and Hair@1618!
