My overall experience at the salon was very good all the the staff was very polite and pleasant.it also had a warm inviting fleeing.
From the day Cora walked into the salon the atmosphere has changed into a very happy professional business. The staff are ruled by example and nothing is too much trouble. You get a consultation each visit and are advised on products and style. The most important thing for me is that yu really do feel great when you leave and full of confidence in your appearance, ready to walk the red carpet so to speak. Keep it up, customer satisfaction will take you that extra mile.
I am now a regular at Hair@1618 with Cora who is also the owner/manager of the salon. My cut and colour is the best its ever been! I am always made welcome and feel very comfortable at the salon and the atmosphere among the other staff members seems very upbeat in what is a busy salon. I can't recommend Hair@1618 highly enough!

I have had the treatment a few times. This is approx my 8th time. The treatment at this salon and New ID(which has now closed) caused severe irritation to my scalp, it was not too red, but painfully irritating. This has never happened to treatments in Florida, where the end results are also good. The stylist was kind enough to wash my hair after 10 minutes of me trying to endure the scalp pain. The finishing was good, and my scalp felt better after lots of conditioner. What a shame!!
