The treatment at this salon and New ID(which has now closed) caused severe irritation to my scalp, it was not too red, but painfully irritating. This has never happened to treatments in Florida, where the end results are also good. The stylist was kind enough to wash my hair after 10 minutes of me trying to endure the scalp pain. The finishing was good, and my scalp felt better after lots of conditioner. What a shame!!
