Cordelia does her best to accommodate you - when you are in need! Her deep tissue massage is not for the faint hearted but it certainly works - be prepared to do some deep breathing but with great results.
My only small note would be to have the phone on answer phone during the session - it just distracts from the massage when the phone rings.

Have had regular sports massages by Cordelia for the past 6 years or more. She's very thorough and does a full body massage, ironing out the knots in my muscles (even those I didn't know I had)! She helps to keep me mobile and I look forward to my visits - it's money well spent.
