Recently,I have been suffering with psoriasis on my feet, which has been dreadful, even with simple things like walking down the stairs, has been a struggle. I booked four sessions with Benita, once a week, as my struggle to walk resulted in effecting my knees and then my back. Basically, I was a MESS! On my first session i just lay down and cried. Benita, laid her magic hands on me and after an hour my tension both physically and mentally was reduced. I have got steroid cream for the psoriasis, which is helping lots, but my visits to Benita has made a massive difference to both my mental and physical state!
