Booked appointment after reading positive reviews. Cordelia was professional, efficient and informative. First time I had had a sports massage and it met expectations. Muscles apparently very tight and need to book further appointment to resolve problem. No hesitation in doing so.

Mellow environment with soulful music, very friendly lady who was able to make me feel comfortable and absolutely amazing sports massage. I was able to totally relax and I almost fell asleep. Although the pressure was intense it felt as though it were righting any wrongs in my body. Left there feeling totally exhilarated. Already booked next appointment!
