She utilises a diverse range of techniques, including muscle energy, trigger point therapy, mobilization, and soft tissue release, to aid in the rehabilitation of clients following injuries or surgeries, as well as to promote overall well-being and prevent future injuries. Nok takes a holistic approach, carefully assessing posture and movement patterns to identify and correct muscular imbalances. Her treatments are designed not only to address existing issues but also to enhance long-term physical health and performance. In addition to general therapy, Nok provides specialized pre and post-event massage services for athletes, helping them prepare for and recover from competitive events. She is experienced in treating minor injuries such as muscle strains, sprains, swelling, and bruising, offering expert advice on when further medical attention may be necessary. Qualifications: Advanced Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage (level 5) Nok is a fully insured soft tissue therapist and a member of CThA and FHT.
