First time having reflexology and although just a short session I was made to feel very welcome, well treated and relaxed. The pain points identified on my feet did match to areas of the rest of my body which have problems, so that was encouraging. Actually looking forward to a longer session sometime, which I didn't think I'd be bothered about before going in.

Maria was incredible - a very compassionate and instinctive therapist who made me feel comfortable immediately and whose energy made me feel so well. The only part of the process which was not smoothe was the consent form which isn’t available on Treatwell but that’s not at all the fault of the treatment centre and they did all they could to make it easier. I definitely recommend Maria - she is a consummate professional and incredibly talented and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing treatments - I get massages often and this was excellent, perfect combination of relaxing and releasing - will 100% be going back I also had reflexology which was equally excellent - got some good advice after about things that needed attention. Core is certainly a great new fine - 10/10
