Absolutely amazing treatments - I get massages often and this was excellent, perfect combination of relaxing and releasing - will 100% be going back I also had reflexology which was equally excellent - got some good advice after about things that needed attention. Core is certainly a great new fine - 10/10

Junior massage therapist, unsure about abilities at the beginning of the session due to the unconfident pressure and movement of his hands, but after taking some confidence he managed to soften my muscles and ease the tensions.
