the nails took just over 5 hours when it was supposed to be an hour and a half, she cut my cuticles too close so i left with two cuts and the rest were raw then they charged me £10 for nail art when their signs said it was £5 because they 'charge per hand'. i appreciate the nail tech doesn’t have a lot of experience but i wouldn’t go back again & i have contacted treatwell to sort this

Not the best cut. Felt rushed and certainly wasn’t 45 mins, more like 10 minutes.

The staff were really welcoming and kind. The nail paid close attention to detail which I am so grateful for. The shop is new and so lovely and really relaxing. I will defo come again
