When I walked in I was greeted by Stacie, she was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. This was my 1st visit and I was impressed by the décor and calm feeling of the Salon. It is nearer to where I had been going to and had a bad experience last time I went with a colour treatment. Stacie gave me a very good cut and I shall return for her to do my colour.

Francesca was lovely and I loved my hair cut. However, I am extremely disappointed that my hair cut and treatment cost me in total £73. I had already paid £28 to Treatwell for a hair cut and blast and was then charged a further £43 at the salon, which I presume was for the conditioning treatment. I had only noticed what I was charged when I got home, which is my fault. Although I like my haircut... I do not believe a hair cut and conditioning treatment is worth £73.
