I couldn't have had a better experience. Maria is lovely and I have finally found a salon that I will use as my regular. Great results and fantastic atmosphere.
Clinic very clean and upmarket. Treatment room clean and bright. Beautician was very friendly and chatty and wax was too rate, would definitely recommend.
The Hollywood wax itself was brilliant, fantastic therapist and very thorougher. However, I booked for 1.15pm and arrived to find the therapist was out and unable to do my wax. I then rebooked for the next day and received a confirmation from Treatwell for the scheduled appointment at 1.15pm - but they had it in for 1.30pm so I had to wait (which was very inconvenient) as I was on my work lunch break! I believe this was an error on Treatwell's booking system. Treatwell also do not block out the timings the salon cannot do - so you book and they then have to contact you to rearrange! It would be great to get these problems rectified.
