It was a good experience, I loved explanation about process, staff patience and helpfulness during procedure.
Shellac nails done by Lanh, very pleasant & chatty and did a nice job. Down side - on top of payment for a £40 shellac manicure was charged an additional £5 for removal of shellac and also had a massive chip the next day!
professional hollywood wax, very clean results and not that painful, will be returning.
