ive had lip fillers once before and was a nervous wreck so still felt a little apprehensive this visit. I was welcomed by a lovely friendly receptionist who offered me tea, coffee or water and made me feel more at ease. Janna then took me in for the treatment and numbed my face - that was the worst bit bit from then I literally felt nothing! Janna helped me feel relaxed the whole time and although still swollen I am once again delighted with the results. will always go back here for top ups :)
