A spotlessly clean environment as always. Michelle is exceptional, attentive and knowledgeable. For all the appointments I've had she has explained what she is going to do and why, but more importantly what to expect. I can honestly say that over the last 9 months she has taken ten years off my appearance. I couldn't be more delighted with the results.

I had been worried about attending prior to my appointment due to COVID restrictions, however when I got there I felt completely at ease. The clinic was immaculate & the staff were welcoming & professional. Michele was just lovely, very knowledgable, able to answer all my questions & carried out my treatment whilst chatting happily to me. Before I knew it, I was done. I’m so happy with the results.....I’ve booked for a different procedure in 2 weeks!
