I wanted layers and to have my hair thinned out a bit. Now I have straightened my hair the layers are extremely uneven on each side. Not thinned out hardly at all, just cut shorter, not definition. I asked her for it to be a bit shorter and she chopped off the bottom layer and didn't do the rest. I could sense she wasn't too happy at my request so I didn't push it. Felt a bit awkward at then time. Told that I would be charged extra £5 upon arrival as it was long hair. I won't be back.
