I wanted burgundy highlights and they gave me a pink hair, and when I said to them that this is not the same as the sample colour I had chosen they said “it is not far from it”.They didn’t even have the decency to apologise, clearly they don’t know anything about their colours or maybe they used an old batch

I had a wet cut which includes a rough blow dry. Very straight to point hair cutting experience. Really friendly staff but I had to wait 40 mins for my cut even though I booked an appointment. There's only one person cutting hair so if the previous person is taking longer you will have to wait. The cut itself was fine but I noticed no protective products were used ie. Serums or heat protection which is standard practice in most salons.
