This is the first negative review I have ever had to make unfortunately.
The location is a challenge to find, even with the YouTube video. The actual clinic - if you could even call it that - seems to be undergoing some refurbishment as I found out by chance, but in it’s place is a cramped and dirty space. As I entered, the receptionist was on the phone having a private conversation, and continued to do so until she left for lunch. She was also wearing fluffy sliders - just odd if you consider yourself to be a part of a professional establishment!
As pleasant as the dentist was, the treatment itself was rushed through, and I didn’t feel as if it was explained well. Nor was it administered as I have seen it done by various dental practitioners online. I was however, happy with the results (not overwhelmingly, but I realise you have to have realistic expectations with natural teeth).
You are sent away with a single syringe full of a whitening gel, with very limited instructions on it’s usage after the main treatment. To note, this gel is a generic product, and isn’t manufactured by Phillips as you would assume.
All in all, you get what you pay for!

The place was clean and convenient. The staff was very nice and they informed about every detail of the procedure. The treatment was applied in a very professional way and I'm happy about the results!
