Not painful, nice staff & they played nice music. I was initially happy with shades lighter but next day I couldn’t tell any difference despite strict aftercare. They provide you with their own brand home kit & said I could start it the next day. I’m hesitant as there’s minor irritation on my gums & don’t feel confident with a generic size mouth guard. The Zoom vid talks about topping up after 4 months, not straight away. This was a big promo but I’ve just got a home kit I’m worried about using
