I was definitely a few shades whiter than before. I haven’t used the at home kit yet so not sure how much whiter they will go. The actual treatment was fine, like going for any other dentist appointment.

This made a huge difference to my teeth. They're visibly a lot whiter and the home kit has helped to maintain this
