I booked for 1pm (it was around 12pm when I booked),I was almost in front of the venue when they called to tell they cannot accommodate me because it's too short notice. But the slot was available when I booked. I had to go home and come back at 4:30pm. The treatment was painless, the teeth looked whiter but the next day they just came back to yellow?! Like nothing happened. Waste of money. Also, the whitening kit is not doing anything.

There was no receptionist when I arrived and I had to wait outside until the dentist came to let me in. The actual teeth whitening was great and painless
