All very nice and friendly. No pain whatsoever and completely put at ease and despite being told I've gone up 5 shades, I can't really notice any difference and neither could my boyfriend.. They did say not to expect a hollywood smile though as the solution is much milder in the UK than in the States. Will try the top up home treatment and see if that makes more of a difference. I'd go back though.

Treatment was great and the clinician explained everything clearly. I'm still not quite sure how to use the trays and gels though and the sheet provided to explain the white food diet is very poor.

Really happy with the results but as the reviews say, the results are noticeable but not life changing. I'm planning to come back in a few months for a top up. The staff member treating me was lovely however the treatment is mind numbingly boring! I had pain the night I had the treatment and lots of sensitivity but it's worn off and I'm using the home kit. Overall I'm really happy with the results but it's a long way from where I want to be! Would definitely recommend for the discounted price.

Lovely doctor/dentist - excellent service. Teeth are whiter, although I hoped they would be slightly more noticeably white. Hoping the at home kit helps a bit more.

It is a VERY good value for money!
The venue is impeccable and staff lovely and very professional. I was happily surprised by the rapidity and the comfort of the whitening. So comfortable that I fell asleep at some point.
I am extremely sensitive so my fear was that it would hurt me as some people told me it could. But I didn't feel any pain at all. The reason was given by the staff who told me the gel is 6% now in the UK (regulation has changed, it used to be >15%). Hence the whitening is not painful, the gel is less aggressive to your teeth.
The result is very natural, which was exactly what I was looking for. I have gained 11 shades, which was apparently more than normal. I am very satisfied by the super natural result. It was definitely worth it!
I am now doing the 7 days follow up treatment at home which is 30min/day. Very easy to do yourself with the explanations given.
