May be because I got sensitive teeth, I do feel pain, anyway I'm happy with the immediate treatment result. Quite disappointed with the home kit, the month guard is too thick and too large so it is really not for me. I guess I need to order a mouldable one from amazon otherwise there's no way I can avoid the whiten gel contact with gum or lips.

Nice, clean dental practice. The lady who carried out the treatment was very professional and reassuring. I am happy with the treatment and think it is good value for money.
