Disappointing results, unprofessional staff, the treatment wasn't fully explained. I was never sent the paperwork before hand or the "white diet" the member of staff said he would send it to be that evening. Still yet to receive it, had other emails from them so no problem with address or anything. Very dissapointed overall.
