I was looked after by Lily and was thoroughly impressed with her attention to detail. She took the time to explain and advise that the result may not be as effective on some of my shorter nails because the free edge wasn't there and actually she wasn't keen to do the gel manicure for me because she felt I wouldn't be pleased. I said I understood the risks (I bite my nails) and would take full responsibility if the finished result wasn't as I'd hoped. In fact the result -thanks to Lily's care and expertise - was better than I'd hoped. I now have a set of perfectly shiny glossy gel nails. Would highly recommend lily to anyone wanting a gorgeous gel manicure.
