2 hours and 17 minutes for an infill and one nail repair. Please don’t go to this place. Terrible service. They have no idea what they are doing. My nails have never looked this bad. TERRIBLE PLACE.

Firstly, I paid in advance for a certain service which she did not provide, told me she was going to do something else on her own accord and would not do the service I paid for? Then refused to refund me as the service Ipaid for was £20 extra than what she did. My nail extensions looked horrendous afterwards: the nails were different shapes and directions, lumpy and paint on my fingers. I was refused a refund and forced to get them re-done and they're still awful. Total waste of 5 hours.

Salon easy to get to as it’s in Eldon Square. Therapist was welcoming and friendly. Salon is pretty small so it’s not possible to go with a friend and get your nails done at the same time. Also lacks privacy as it opens out into Eldon Square itself. Gel manicure was okay but my cuticles were pushed back and removed in such a way that one of my fingers was bleeding quite a bit and the therapist had to put a cotton wool pad on it to stop the bleeding.
