Thank you BOTH for my lovely nails, I went first thing on a Saturday and there was no other clients so one did my hands and one did my feet. I have been before where they have tried to manage too many people at once. Lovely treatments well needed after lockdown. I really appreciate the small gestures like letting me use the loo, putting my coffee onto the chair for when I sit down - all makes the customer experience that much better. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks. Thank you again
