Apparently moving shop next week , but no excuse for being dirty whilst taking clients.
Told me at the end of the blow dry that only accepted cash.
Was told it would take thirty minutes, took an hour.
Craig knows exactly what he is doing! He gave me exactly what I wanted and I am so so pleased with the results. Would totally recommend him for blonde hair/ girls going blonde he’s a pro! He’s also super nice and makes you feel comfortable.
Well I can’t review the service as I didn’t get to see anyone. After taking a day off from work I went along for my appointment only to discover the shutters were down. Called the salon several times before calling yreatel back, I am absolutely disgusted a salon would treat customers this way. To just nit turn up and open your salon when you have customers booked. I managed to book somewhere else through treatwell and was promised £25 on my account but don’t know how this works. I paid on full st the salon with my credit card so I will expect the £25 credited to my card. All in all I’m happy with treatwelll but I will be contacting Craig Andrews fir an explanation.

The staff were nice and friendly. My colour cost £55 but should have been £90 I believe. Craig gave me a detailed explanation of what needs to be done to get my hair the way I want it but I didn't have £140 on me for colour correction (not quite sure what it's called). overall good experience.
