Great experience as always. I’m growing out my hair & not ready to go grey gracefully yet, so Lou & her team have been helping through the awkward stage from a short pixie cut to now at my shoulders. Lou covered my grey roots this time & coloured my ends purple for a twist as well as gave my hair a trim to give it a better shape now it’s pasts the “bob” stage 😆 really happy with the results & keep getting positive compliments on the colour
