I asked for an inch off all around and an undercut just to cut back in the style from 6 weeks ago. She cut my hair so short at the back and coming into thé front (on what was the longer side) that I just had to tell her to stop, to make both sides equal so that I could walk out the door without looking like an idiot. I will never use this system to book a haircut again. Only used because I’ve moved to a new area….

Did a fantastic job stripping the existing multiple bright colours out of my teenage sons hair & then colouring it very bright red.
Louise got it exactly how my son had asked her to get it & he is over the moon with his new cut & colour.
Louise also gave me excellent advice on home after care products when I asked her which products would be best to keep the hair in good condition & make the colour last the longest.
