The lady who carried out my head massage was lovely and very good at what she did. She made me feel very relaxed and welcome. However when I first walked in the staff were no where to be seen. After a few minutes a hairdresser walked in and said to the other lady who was still in the back “think your next person is here” and completely ignored me whilst I carried on waiting. Once in the room I could hear this lady talking or shouting really loudly about something so much so the lady carrying out the massage put some music on. The place could do with a refurbish. I paid £24 so it wasn’t too bad for that but please don’t expect luxury.
