unfortunately i was unable to have my tint done here as i had not dont the dye tests. despite having tins all the time i understood this however they where unable to refund me or book me in befor new years when i wanted them for. I went in with a growing out perm about 4 inch of streight roots. the lady who did it was lovly but unfortunately it never set. i feel this may have been due to the way she rolled or possibly the solution. As Iregularly perm and sit with rollers for 15 mins. she had them in for 20. apon washing and drying I new it wasnt the ringlets I normaly have with a fresh perm. Once I got home i relised i just had a frizzy mess. thankfully my alrwady curled hair stayed curled but my roots are dead streight and frizzy all over now. Not only did I not get the perm or tint i payed for but i also got dammaged hair.
eye brow wax however was lovly.
