It's a bit of an unusual place for the salon, as it's simply just a room upstairs in a building. The place itself is fairly clean, but basic - understandable for the price point. The atmosphere wasn't great as it was just in a bright room, with no relaxing music & the sound of traffic outside. The beautician is lovely though. The classic facial was ok. It wasn't anything special & didn't involve much beyond the cleanse/exfoliate/mask/moisturise steps. No special considerations were discussed regarding my skin type, or the fact I had a big breakout on my skin that I hoped to be addressed. The gel treatments I had were ok. They cannot be advertised as 'manicure' and 'pedicure' however, as it's simply just a file & polish. The gel on my feet were done fairly well and are yet to show any major signs of wear 6 days on. HOWEVER, my manicure wasn't done to a high standard at all, with the beautician missing off the ends of my nails & thus made them chip extremely easy -- with one nail chipping by the time I'd got home! I've had to remove the gel polish on my hands within 3 days because the polish had peeled off so badly. Overall, alright for the price point.. but even with budget salons, I would've expected a higher quality finish with the services I paid for.

I had my eyebrows & upper lip threaded & I also had my face waxed. Samreen did a thorough job, really taking her time which I liked. I am very impressed with the result especially since it was my first time here. Samreen is a very friendly, welcoming made sure I felt comfortable. I would definitely revisit and recommend to my friends and family! - this will be my go to salon from now on! Thank you Samreen for your kindness and hospitality!
