I'm a therapist myself so know what is important.Didn't get a greeting when i entered,was meant to be an aromatherapy massage but they just used normal oil,no consultation done,didn't tell me which clothes to leave on or remove,didn't tell me whether to lie on my back or front,didn't knock when entering the room,i had to ask for a towel to cover myself on the bed which felt damp,didn't hold towel up as a screen when turning over,no covering used on the pillow,felt like the therapist didn't really know how to communicate with the clients.These are really basic things that should be done with every treatment.Not impressed!

Booked my appointment via treat well to then get a phone call to cancel it! They should have removed the appointments if they were not available. And the person that called me up wasn't very friendly or apologetic. Won't book with them ever again!
