1st visit to Creme de la Creme. Not the best hairdressing experience I've had. During shampooing, the water was leaking down my neck and soaking the gown. Had taken a photo of the style I was looking for. On completion I expressed concern about about part of my hair. Told it maybe the way it had been dried. Continued to be the same after styling at home. No amount of products helped to remedy the problem. Very disappointed.
