First time at the salon - it was busy but I didn't have to wait and was greeted quickly and made to feel welcome. I felt listened to and have booked in for a colour next week.

Was early for my appt, had to wait for several mins before I was acknowledged. Filled in Covid safe questionnaire & then waited for over 15mins to have my hair washed. Told stylist how I wanted my hair & she seemed to know what I wanted but after the cut & blow, it was shorter bthan I had wanted. Because my hair was thick & I wanted heavy layers, she cut just a bit too much off. Unable to fully see style with mask on! Overall worth what I paid.
