I’ve been many times now. I sat, relaxed while chatting about my current hairstyle, discussed T foils. Kathryn asked how I wanted my style finished at the current apt, I was her last client - the salon was closing at 5pm BUT Kathryn patiently styled my hair and surprised me with a gorgeous curly blow! I paid on line & got 20% off. Wow! Kathryn is an amazing hairstylist - proud to say this is my salon! Thank you to Kathryn xxx

The salon is too cramped, I have mobility problems and found it awkward getting to and from the sink. I was told to go to the chair for the cut but had to pull a really heavy chair out myself to sit down as she stood watching me. She did an ok cut but nothing special for the price it was supposed to be (I had a Groupon voucher) and wander if that's why I she didn't seem bothered. I think the stylist should go on a customer service course. I could write a lot more but I've run out of space. ☹️ 👎
