My fifth appointment with Mel to transform my long, thick hair from being dyed copper for years - to allowing my grey to come through whilst keeping it looking good! Again my experience was great. From sitting in the waiting room and chatting to other customers, to Kenzy giving me a lovely head massage while washing my hair. All the staff are lovely, checking in to see if you need anything, then having those 1to1s with Mel whilst she works her magic and transforms my hair! Always leave smiling.
